Erica joined Antonchak Financial in March 2026, bringing a blend of technical expertise and operational leadership to the team. As an administrator, she manages the firm's daily digital operations, ensuring seamless efficiency and client support.
Prior to joining the firm, Erica completed a 3 year leadership rotational program at RTX, where she honed her project management and operational skills. She graduated with honors from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut, earning a double major in Mathematics and Computer Science while competing as a Division I soccer player for all four years. Erica currently resides in Hellertown, Pennsylvania.
